I know many TMNT fans that pair up their OCs have been doing some kind of Beauty and the Beast project, mainly for the latest live action release, but I couldn't help it! Not only is Beauty and the Beast my favorite Disney movie, but I also love the story of it. Heck, when I was little, my family was having a get together and my older sister, my cousins, and I were given big story books of different fairy tales (that weren't Disney) as gifts. And I got Beauty and the Beast, but I'm getting off track here.
Been wanting to do some kind of fairy tale parody or spoof or whatever with one of my OCs in the staring role of Beauty, but wasn't sure who to use. Finally I have an OC who I paired with a literal beast. Wasn't sure whether or not to keep Scarlet in her mutant form but then I figured having Scar in her human form would make more sense. Sorry that I keep messing up Rocksteady's design, I was trying to get him at the right height but I ran out of room on the paper. Also I tried looking up pictures of Russian princes to try to get a good ballroom outfit for him.
