The Purrrrfect Engagement

Just a late little Valentines day thing that I had for a while. I'm just a little embarrassed that I didn't put up a deviation since Christmas time but I have been busy. Anyway, this takes place in the future, obviously, and Furball finally builds up the courage to propose to Zelda. At first Zelda thought that they were just doing dinner and dancing, sort of like their usual date plans. At a local dance club in Acme Acres, as they were about to do a couples dance, Furball asked the DJ if he could make a special announcement, the DJ was nice enough to set some things up with no charge.

The DJ hands the microphone over to Furball while Zelda has a look of both confusion and anxiety. "Zelda, throughout my life I have been treated like an outcast and a ragdoll, but then you came in and for once in my life I have been truly loved and cared for and I want to make you feel the same." Furball kneels down as he brings up a small box with a ring inside and Zelda cries tears of joy. "Zelda Blackkat, will you marry me?"
